NDPS visited Dereham on the 19th October
2005 for the annual battle with Dereham and North Norfolk
Clubs.
Five members from Norwich attended a very
pleasant evening with Anna Meak giving her usual high standard
of judging. Anna will be greatly missed when she retires from
judging and lecturing soon.
The result was a comfortable win for
Norwich, thanks to our print work. With many excellent colour
prints to choose from we selected eight different
photographers' work, only one picture being monochrome.
Our slide work was not so strong and we
came third in this section. I intend to convert some of our
excellent colour prints into slides in the future.
Two Norwich photographers gained maximum
points for their work: Geoff Parker and Jon Martin.
